This policy describes how AutoMailPrint handles information when authorized to access a user's Google account.

Information accessed

仅在用户通过 Google OAuth 明确授权的权限范围内访问 Gmail 邮件和附件，用于自动化流程所需的附件获取。

Google OAuthで明示的に許可された範囲内でGmailのメールおよび添付ファイルにアクセスし、自動化処理に必要な添付ファイルの取得にのみ使用します。

Gmail messages and attachments are accessed only within permissions explicitly granted through Google OAuth and only as required by the automation workflow.

Use of information

Google 用户数据仅用于附件获取和处理，不用于广告、用户画像或其他无关用途。

Googleユーザーデータは添付ファイルの取得・処理のためだけに使用し、広告、プロファイリング、その他の目的には使用しません。

Google user data is used only for attachment retrieval and processing, not for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

存储与共享

保存と共有

Storage and sharing

附件和处理记录可能保存在获授权用户自己的电脑上。AutoMailPrint 不出售 Google 用户数据。

添付ファイルや処理記録は、許可されたユーザー自身のPCに保存される場合があります。AutoMailPrintはGoogleユーザーデータを販売しません。

Attachments and processing records may be stored locally on the authorized user's computer. AutoMailPrint does not sell Google user data.

Revoking authorization

用户可以随时通过 Google 账号设置撤销 AutoMailPrint 的访问权限。

The user may revoke AutoMailPrint access at any time through Google Account settings.
